This discussion will include the importance of each of the basic Chakra.. offering color association, what is effected by each of the chakra points, How are energy is changed by the improper balance of the chakra system, and basic knowledge of how to utilize Color Meditation to soothe, relax, and help heal unbalanced chakra points.
