WSCA 106.1 FM has released the list of its most played 2010 albums, including the 50 most played Metal & Hard Rock 2010 albums, as well as the 10 most played 2010 albums from all music genres. For all music genres aired on 106.1 FM, Metal & Hard Rock bands claimed 7 of the top 10 spots.
 
SHREDDING THE ENVELOPE garnered the most airplay at 106.1 FM with the album The Call Of The Flames. Mainman Dave Reffett has commented on the ranking. “It really means a lot. I really appreciate all the support. It’s a great honor to be the #1 played record of all year. That rules!” Reffett appeared on WSCA’s Black Night Meditations metal show in June, discussing his musical background, performing guitar solos, and spinning Metal tunes. SNEW frontman Curtis Don Vito has commented on their album We Do What We Want being the third most played 2010 album. “WOW! That is just AWESOME!!!!
